Privacy policy
This policy covers mycirclecollective.com as it is today: a website that describes My Circle Collective and lets you request an invitation. It will be updated, and the date above changed, before membership opens and before any payment is taken.
Who we are

What we collect
- Your invitation request. If you use the form, we keep your name, email address, city and who referred you (if you give them), and what you wrote. We use it only to reply to you and to consider you for an invitation, and we email you once to confirm we received it.
- What you send us. If you email us, we receive your email address, your name if you include it, and whatever you choose to write, and use it only to reply.
- A coded version of your internet address. When you send the form we store a one-way coded version of your device's IP address, which cannot be turned back into the address, only to stop automated spam.
- Standard web server logs. Like almost every website, our server records each visit: the address of the device (IP address), the page requested, the time and the browser type. We use these only to keep the site running and secure, and they are deleted automatically after 14 days.
This website has no accounts, no advertising and no analytics or tracking tools, and it does not set cookies. If you arrive through a member's link, your browser remembers that link's code for 60 days, on your device only, so that the member who referred you is thanked; it is sent to us only if you request an invitation.
Who else is involved
- Mailgun. Emails we send you, such as the confirmation of your request, are delivered by Mailgun on our behalf.
- Google. Our email is provided by Google Workspace, so messages you send us are stored by Google on our behalf. The website's typefaces are served by Google Fonts, which means your browser asks Google for them, and Google receives your IP address when it does.
We do not sell or rent your information, and we do not share it with anyone else unless the law requires us to.
Your choices
You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, by writing to support@mycirclecollective.com. We will do it and confirm.
Children
My Circle Collective is for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
Changes
When this policy changes, we update the date at the top. Before membership opens it will also cover member accounts and payments.
